EVO CUES AFFILIATE PROGRAM REGISTRATION TERMS

Welcome to the EVO Cues Affiliate Program! Please read the
following terms and conditions carefully before registering to participate. By
registering for and participating in the program, you acknowledge that you
accept and agree to comply with these terms.

EVO CUES

1. Program Registration:

  • Eligibility:The EVO Cues Affiliate Program is open to all individuals and organizations with websites, blogs, social media pages, or other online communication channels that align with EVO Cues' image and values. EVO Cues reserves the right to refuse any registration without explanation.
  • Registration Process: To join the program, you must complete and accurately fill out the registration form on the website https://aff.evocues.com/register
  • Registration Information: You commit to providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Any incorrect or incomplete information may lead to the rejection or termination of your affiliate membership.
  • Registration Approval: EVO Cues will review and approve your registration as soon as possible (1-2 business days). The decision to approve or reject is at the sole discretion of EVO Cues. Upon approval, you will receive a notification and login instructions for your affiliate account.

2. Affiliate Partner Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion: You are responsible for promoting EVO Cues products and promotional programs truthfully, professionally, and in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Use of Promotional Materials: You may use the promotional materials (banners, links, images, videos, content) provided by EVO Cues.
  • Compliance with Regulations: You commit to complying with all guidelines, regulations, and policies of the EVO Cues Affiliate Program, including regulations regarding trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights of EVO Cues.
  • No Fraudulent Activities: All fraudulent activities, including intentionally generating fake clicks, sham orders, or any actions that negatively impact the program and reputation of EVO Cues, are strictly prohibited. Any detected fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of membership and non-payment of commissions.
  • Any discount or promotional programs implemented by the Affiliate must be reviewed and approved by EVO before deployment. This is to avoid price conflicts, protect brand image, and maintain fairness among partners in the system.
  • Content Responsibility: You are fully responsible for the promotional content on your communication channels, ensuring that the content is not misleading, does not violate laws, ethical customs, and does not harm the reputation of EVO Cues.

3. Commissions and Payment:

  • Commission Rate: The commission rate will be specified in the program's commission policy and may be adjusted by EVO Cues from time to time. You will be notified of any changes.
  • Order Tracking and Recording: EVO Cues' affiliate system will automatically track and record orders generated through your affiliate link.
  • Payment Conditions: Commissions will only be paid for valid orders (successfully paid, not canceled or returned within the specified period).
  • Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid periodically on a monthly basis as stipulated by EVO Cues.
  • Payment Method: EVO Cues will pay commissions via the methods specified in the payment policy. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information.
  • Taxes and Related Costs: You are responsible for paying all taxes and related costs arising from the commissions received in accordance with the law.

4. Information Security:

  • Personal Information: EVO Cues is committed to protecting the personal information you have provided within the framework of the Affiliate Program.
  • Program Information: Information related to the affiliate program (commission rates, promotional policies, statistics) is considered confidential information of EVO Cues. You commit not to disclose this information to any third party unless with written consent from EVO Cues.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your affiliate account information (username, password). All activities carried out through your account will be your responsibility.
  • Use of Information: EVO Cues has the right to use the information you provide during the registration and participation in the program for the purposes of program management, communication, and providing relevant information.

5. Rights and Responsibilities of EVO Cues:

  • Right to Modify Terms: EVO Cues reserves the right to modify, supplement, or update the terms and conditions of the affiliate program at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued participation in the program after the changes are announced means that you accept those changes.
  • Right to Monitor and Terminate: EVO Cues has the right to monitor the activities of affiliates and terminate the membership of any affiliate who violates the terms and conditions of the program or engages in actions that negatively impact EVO Cues.
  • Intellectual Property Rights: All promotional materials, logos, trademarks, and content related to EVO Cues are the intellectual property of EVO Cues. You are only permitted to use them within the scope allowed by the program.
  • Affiliate Support: EVO Cues will provide necessary support to affiliates in the process of promoting products.

6. Program Term and Termination:

  • Term: The EVO Cues Affiliate Program has an operating term depending on EVO Cues' decision at any given time.
  • Termination by Affiliate: You have the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time by sending written notice (email) to EVO Cues.
  • Termination by EVO Cues: EVO Cues has the right to terminate the affiliate program or the membership of any affiliate at any time without prior notice or explanation.
  • Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, you will no longer be entitled to receive commissions for orders generated after the termination date. Commissions for valid orders generated before the termination date will be paid according to the current policy.

7. General Terms:

  • Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising in connection with the affiliate program will be resolved through amicable negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in a competent court in Vietnam.
  • Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and EVO Cues regarding the affiliate program and supersede all prior oral or written agreements or communications.

the terms and conditions set forth above.
